Former commercial banker Stan Moore has launched Stan Moore CPA by acquiring David McKee CPA.
The new firm will focus on small business, chief financial officer support and tax services, as well as personal tax planning and preparation.
"The acquisition of another firm is the next logical phase of my career," Moore said. "As a CPA, I can provide the consulting services of a CFO along with tax planning and financial reporting."
Moore brings more than 20 years of experience working with individuals and privately held local companies, and has a long history of educating business owners on financial management.
