"We are excited to officially welcome the Gray, Gray & Gray team to Frazier & Deeter and to expand our presence in the New England market," FD CEO Jeremy Jones said in a statement. "The Greater Boston area is a market defined by innovation and exceptional talent. Gray, Gray & Gray shares our commitment to client service and culture, making this a natural fit as we continue to grow thoughtfully and intentionally."

Based in Atlanta, FD ranked No. 45 on Accounting Today's 2026 Top 100 Firms list. It reported $198 million in revenue, with over 100 partners and 800 employees across 11 offices. In April 2025, the firm received an investment from private equity firm General Atlantic.

The firm plans to continue its trend of active dealmaking, Jones previously told Accounting Today. In May, it acquired Copeland Buhl in Minneapolis, marking its first expansion into the Midwest. Last year, it made three deals, including Regional Leader Rosen, Sapperstein & Freidlander in Maryland; Pesta Finnie in North Carolina; and Anglin Reichmann Armstrong in Alabama.

"While we've always been proud to be an independent firm, joining Frazier & Deeter, a firm we have had a relationship with for over 30 years, is an exciting next chapter for our firm," James DeLeo, managing partner at GGG, said in a statement "This partnership allows us to preserve our client-first approach while providing access to broader resources, expanded advisory services and new opportunities for our people. It was important to find a firm that shares our values, and we found that in Frazier & Deeter."
