FreshBooks Releases Android App

FreshBooks has released an Android app for service-based professionals with 1-10 employees who use devices on this mobile platform.

The company released iPhone and iPad native apps last August and November, respectively.

FreshBooks for Android is designed specifically to help small business owners get paid faster and save time billing. Users can create and send invoices and estimates; check invoice statuses and instantly see if a client has viewed or paid an invoice; capture photos of expense receipts; track and compare time against project budgets; and work offline and automatically sync work once connected.

“People go into business to pursue their passion, not to learn accounting,” said FreshBooks co-founder and chief executive Mike McDerment. “FreshBooks for Android is designed to complement the busy lives of small business owners so they can work anywhere without sacrificing functionality or experience.”

FreshBooks for Android is currently available on Google Play.
