Frost Named Serenic CFO

Nonprofit and financial software publisher Serenic Corp. named Michael Frost as its chief financial officer. In his new role, Frost -- who will be based in Edmonton -- will be responsible for corporate governance, finance, information technology, and operations.

Before joining Serenic, Frost was part of the senior management team at the KPMG LLP unit in Edmonton. Prior to that that, he held management positions at both BDO Dunwoody LLP and Deloitte & Touche LLP. He holds both the Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator designations.

Prior to Frost's appointment, the chief financial officer duties at the company had been overseen by Serenic chairman Dwayne Kushniruk.
