Fuoco Group is expanding from its Long Island base to Miami, combining with Dohan Salum + Company, a CPA firm serving the South Florida area.
Dohan Salum provides accounting, tax, consulting and audit services. As part of the deal, Steven H. Dohan and Irene S. Salum have joined Fuoco Group as directors. The combined firms will operate under the Fuoco Group. Financial terms were not disclosed. Fuoco Group has annual revenue of $13 million.
“This merger is part of Fuoco Group’s plan to develop strong practice niches and expand our geographical reach,” said Fuoco Group managing partner Lou J. Fuoco, CPA, in a statement. “It establishes a significant presence for Fuoco Group in the Miami area and increases and adds Steve’s and Irene’s extensive experience to our skill sets.”
