Geni Whitehouse Joins Accounting Software Advisors

Norcross, Ga. (April 18, 2002) -- Geni Whitehouse, former CPA manager for enterprise and accounting software vendor Navision, has become chief operating officer of Accounting Software Advisor, a Norcross,Ga.-based accounting software industry information clearinghouse and consulting service established by Carlton Collins, the former chief operating officer of consulting group K2 Enterprises.

Whitehouse, who was most recently with the Atlanta-based technology consulting affiliate of accounting firm Elliott Davis & Co, has about 20 years of experience in accounting software. She joins an ASA team that also includes Charles C. Chewning, publisher of the "Accounting Library" software selection guide, and about 20 consultants and resellers, who are specialists in individual accounting software products.

"Geni Whitehouse is one of the most highly respected and talented persons in the accounting software industry," said Collins. "Her experience as a CPA combined with her detailed knowledge of the accounting software industry make her well-suited to helping us achieve our goals."

Collins, 42, has been refining the site and expects to have a final version completed in time for a formal launch that will coincide with the American Institute of CPAs' Tech 2002 conference May 5-8. in Washington.
