Pry Professional Group has agreed to merge with Gilmore, Jasion & Mahler LTD and will take on GJM’s name.
GJM will now have two area locations in the Northwest region of Ohio: in Maumee and Findlay.
The combination will give GJM the opportunity to broaden its presence in the Toledo and Findlay areas. Both offices will provide assurance, business advisory, risk advisory, health care management and tax services.
Roger Criblez, former CEO of the Pry Professional Group, said the staff views the merger as a sign of positive growth. "With this merger, the Pry employees are very excited to be able to offer additional services and expertise to industries and clients in Northwest Ohio and Findlay," he said.
The former Pry Professional Group staffmembers will all remain in their current Findlay location, with the addition of some staff from GJM. Going forward, GJM will specialize in serving the construction and real estate, health care, manufacturing and distribution, and utilities industries.
