Graf Repetti & Co. has merged with Marx, Lange, Gutterman, effective Jan. 1, augmenting Graf Repetti's presence in New York.
"We are looking to build the office in New York," said Graf director of marketing Robert Orr. "From Marx's point of view, it means more manpower and a broader level of support. We offer more than they do, so their clients can be better served in a broader capacity."
He declined to disclose financial details of the merger, or the size and revenue of either firm, but he noted that all of the employees of Marx Lange would be moving to Graf Repetti, which has offices in midtown Manhattan and Rockville, N.Y.
