Greatland acquires JAT Software

Greatland Corp., a Michigan-based specialist in wage and income reporting solutions for W-2, 1099 and 1095 forms, has acquired New Jersey-based JAT Software Inc., which provides year-end reporting software, web applications and print services for companies with high-volume reporting needs.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Greatland reports that all 15 current JAT employees will join Greatland and continue to be based in the Bridgewater Township, New Jersey office.

While Greatland has completed several acquisitions during its history, JAT is the first since its acquisition of Green Bay, Wisconsin-based Nelco in 1997 to include an additional new permanent location.
