Top 100 Firm Henry+Horne and its staff helped donate food items, monetary donations and time this month to feed 66 local Arizona families in time for Thanksgiving.
The Tempe firm's food drive benefited the local nonprofit Save the Family Foundation of Arizona, with Henry+Horne staff ultimately donating approximately $2,500 to complete Thanksgiving meal baskets. The firm additionally donated money from its Jeans Fund, in which staff paid to wear jeans on Fridays. This year's efforts helped the firm feed over a dozen more families than the last two years of Thanksgiving food drives.
Based in Mesa, Save the Family Foundation of Arizona looks to provide "a variety of programs designed to empower families to conquer homelessness and achieve life-long independence," per the organization's site.
