Host Analytics Hires New CEO

Host Analytics, a developer of on-demand financial and corporate performance management applications, has appointed a new CEO and chief marketing office.

The company named Jon Kondo, a former Oracle and Hyperion executive, as its new chief executive. "I've been a huge believer in corporate performance management to help improve customers' financial and operational performance, and the chance to be able to fulfill the promise of CPM in a significantly faster and more cost-effective way makes perfect sense," said Kondo in a statement.

Gary Damiano became the new CMO. He formerly was a senior vice president of marketing at Workstream, and previously worked for Oracle and Siebel Systems.

In addition, Host Analytics founder Jim Eberlin has been named vice president of business development. He recently guided the company through its first round of financing, receiving a multi-million dollar investment from Advanced Technology Ventures and Trident Capital.
