Icertis, which provides cloud-based contract management software, now provides a free trial to potential customers through Microsoft AppSource, Microsoft’s business app market.
The Icertis Contract Management platform (ICM) provides tools to accelerate contract development and creation and to manage risk and compliance; it also provides notifications for events, actions and exceptions.
The Icertis platform includes an analytics module to enable insights on data such as cycle times, deviations, savings, risks, expiry, renewal statistics, and procurement and sales metrics on contract revenue and spend.
