ICode Appoints New CEO

Chantilly, Va. (March 11, 2004) --ICode, a developer of the integrated enterprise resource planning solutions for small businesses, has appointed James McGowan as its new chief executive officer.

He replaces iCode co-founder Bijal Mehta, who became chairman of the company's board and will continue to provide strategic input and assist with the company’s long-term direction.

McGowan most recently served as president and CEO of mid-market ERP software developer Infinium Software Inc. Under his leadership, the firm's market valuation grew to $7.00 per share in 2002, up from less than $1.00 per share when he joined the company in early 2001. Prior to Infinium, McGowan served as president and CEO of Portal Connect Inc., a business interaction portal vendor.

ICode also secured $8 million in its Series C round of venture financing led by Sierra Ventures. Updata Capital led iCode’s Series B round and also participated in the most recent round of funding.
