IIA Releases Two New Audit Guides

The Institute of Internal Auditors has published a pair of Global Technology Audit Guides discussing business continuity management and information technology audit plans.

"GTAG 10: Business Continuity Management" describes common disaster scenarios, management roles, disaster recovery solutions, risk assessment, business recovery and continuity, and testing.

"GTAG 11: Developing the Information Technology Audit Plan" deals with IT environment diversity, IT risk assessment and audit subject areas.
