CPA-focused business intelligence tool provider iLumen has added a survey platform as well as budgeting and forecasting capabilities to work in conjunction with its Client Intelligence and Industry Intelligence products.
These recent enhancements are designed to allow accounting firms to utilize financial and non-financial data with survey responses to drive insights for their current and prospective clients.
The iLumen Survey Platform supports email, workflow, analysis and the creation of custom graphs and reports. The survey data integrates with the financial data already in iLumen and used by accounting firms for Client Intelligence purposes.
In addition, new budgeting and forecasting capabilities allow users to override budget and forecast numbers as well as the ability to combine actuals with budget and forecast numbers to assess performance and strategic decisions. Proactive tools such as automatic triggers also identify and highlight outliers to assist in budget development and “what-if” analysis.
