Chatsworth, Calif. (Jan. 22, 2004) -- ImageOne Inc., a provider of marketing and practice management products to the accounting and financial markets, has acquired Redwood City, Calif.-based Krusemark Tax Services, a supplier of low-cost continuing professional education for tax professionals.
Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
Krusemark will now be integrated with ImageOne’s Sharpen Up CPE division, which provides online and live seminar CPE products. Krusemark’s product line includes its proprietary “Tax Returns Made Easy” correspondence course.
