Englewood Cliffs, N.J. (April 30, 2004) -- Immediatech, a provider of electronic document management, announced the availability of GoFileRoom Professional Edition for accountants and CPA firms.
Prior to the Pro Edition, GFR was only available in an Enterprise Edition. GFR is a Web-hosted document management service that maintains paper and electronic files allowing accountants to access files from virtual, online filing cabinets.
"We were getting a lot of calls from smaller accounting firms interested in using GFR to meet their document management needs. The Pro edition allows firms with 15 people or less to buy and implement GFR online at a lower cost point," says executive vice president and co-founder Joe Harpaz.
The GFR Pro Document Management Templates include client documents, vendors, human resources, company files and partner files. Also, Tax Flow, an add-on module, enables firms to track the entire tax process, from the creation of an electronic tax folder, to the routing of client source documents from preparers to reviewers, to the final delivery of the tax return to the client.
Pro is offered on a subscription basis via credit card over the Internet. Users can sign-on for five, 10 or 15 dedicated licenses, starting at $395.
