Cloud application provider InfoStreet has partnered with hiring automation platform Cangrade to bring their candidate screening and recruitment tool to InfoStreet’s SkyAppMarket.
SkyAppMarket is the cloud app marketplace of SkyDesktop, a cloud desktop for InfoStreet users to store, manage and access their files and cloud apps in one location with one login.
Cangrade’s automated hiring platform collects and analyzes data about applicants while streamlining the process. The software, with assessments designed by a team of psychologists at various universities, is based on millions of data points from more than 200,000 employees.
“It’s always been next to impossible to know who might be successful at a particular job,” stated Cangrade CEO Michael Burtov. “Cangrade has partnered with SkyDesktop to help small businesses analyze important information about candidates so that they can quickly and easily make the best hiring choice.”
