Sales and marketing software provider Infusionsoft has introduced a series of product enhancements.

Quotes and invoices are now built into Infusionsoft’s campaign builder, allowing users to organize and automate follow-up based on how contacts respond to a quote or invoice. New options also allow users to save default fields for quotes and invoices, which is meant to make it easier to generate connected personalized emails. New options include terms and conditions, email subject lines and email body content. Also, direct online payment via a credit card is now an option.

Other sales-related updates include the ability to send emails at any time, and the system will only dispatch them to a recipient at a peak time relevant to their time zone; and reports and analytics that give insight in sales campaign performance. The Infusionsoft sales and marketing platform is also now HIPAA and HITECH Act compliant.

In addition, Infusionsoft has named Tom Romary its new vice president of partners and business development. He most recently served as vice president of strategic partnerships at Lending Club.
