InsynQ-CPAASP Integrates WebCPA Client Connection

Accounting Today’s WebCPA Client Connection has been integrated into InsynQ-CPAASP’s large-scale application hosting environment.

WebCPA Client Connection is a cloud-based system offered in partnership with iLumen. It allows CPAs and other accounting professionals to analyze the financial performance of their business clients and access financial dashboards and reports, such audit and tax planning metrics, bank covenant analyses, key metric trends and industry benchmarking information.

InsynQ is bundling the WebCPA Client Connection with other hosted applications to provide business intelligence and client analysis tools to accounting professionals and QuickBooks ProAdvisors working in the cloud.

“We have seen many new technologies come and go,” said InsynQ CEO John Gorst in a statement. “The WebCPA Client Connection powered by iLumen platform is one of the first client analysis technologies we've seen with the right mix of function and scale to have real staying power. I expect that many practitioners will adopt this solution in order to improve their cloud-based services and add value for clients using QuickBooks and other financial applications. InsynQ clearly sees the value of offering access to client analysis applications, and we are indeed pleased to demonstrate our industry leadership by becoming the first to support the integration of WebCPA Client Connection for our subscribers.”

iLumen’s Software as a Service technology securely automates the collection, standardization and analysis of financial information from various sources and delivers it to the desktop through decision analytics technology and customer intelligence applications.

“Integration of WebCPA Client Connection is a natural fit for InsynQ’s leading cloud-based application hosting environment,” said iLumen co-founder Loren Eckart. “The InsynQ-CPAASP integration leverages WebCPA Client Connection’s seamless data connection with QuickBooks, which will allow accounting professionals in the InsynQ-CPAASP environment to quickly access client analysis with virtually no setup time.”

InsynQ-CPAASP has been providing application hosting services and cloud computing for businesses and professionals since 1997. It was the first Intuit-authorized hosting provider for QuickBooks and has over 300 applications ready for use in the cloud.

“InsynQ-CPAASP is considered one of the pioneers in providing application hosting and services for businesses and accounting professionals, particularly those that serve QuickBooks users,” said SourceMedia senior vice president and group publisher Rob Whitaker. “I believe it is clear that WebCPA Client Connection will provide a key value proposition and strategic differentiator for InsynQ-CPAASP, and we should expect that others may soon follow their lead.”
