Integrated Tech Merges with Blytheco

Sage Software business partner Integrated Tech Inc. has signed a letter of intent to join Blytheco LLC, one of the software company's leading resellers, as of January.

The merger will strengthen Blytheco's customer relationship management practice and broaden Blytheco's geographic coverage into the Denver metropolitan area.

Integrated Tech Inc. has served approximately 150 clients, assisting them with their front-office business requirements. Its services include design, customization, implementation, consulting and training. The 11-person Integrated Tech team specializes in Sage SalesLogix and SageCRM products, and has been recognized as a member of Sage Software's top-selling President's Circle for the last two years.

Blytheco LLC has developed many enterprise resource planning and CRM integrations for Sage Software applications, including Sage MAS 90, Sage MAS 500 and Sage Saleslogix.

Stephen Blythe, chief executive of Blytheco LLC, first met his new partner, Phil Sim, at a Sage Software President's Circle event. "I liked Phil's style, and he was looking to grow and build his practice further than he felt was capable under his current structure," said Blythe.

"He looked at a win-win opportunity there for us to expand our area of practice significantly, as well as allow him to expand the combined practice further than what he could by himself," he added.

Integrated Tech Inc. is based in Irvine, Calif., with an additional office in Denver. The Irvine office will merge into Blytheco's Laguna Hills office. Blytheco also intends to expand its CRM and ERP offerings from its Denver location.

With sites in areas such as New York, Chicago, Pennsylvania, Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Atlanta and Tampa, Blythe has his sights set on continuing to expand his company.

"We've got a large presence in the East already," he said. "We are expanding a couple of those offices, as well as talking to several other partners in the Southeast. We'll be looking to expand our practice further in the East, as well as further in the West."
