The IRS has begun accepting registrations for its 2014 Nationwide Tax Forums, and is offering discounted registrations to those who sign up early.

The three-day events offer updates and information to tax professionals on the latest tax laws, products and services, through education sessions and hands-on workshops run by experts from the IRS and its partner organizations. Enrolled Agents, CPAs and certain other credentialed professionals can also earn continuing education credits.

Those who register more than two weeks before a forum will pay $225, $130 less than the full fee of $355.

The forums are scheduled through the summer:

  • Chicago, July 1-3;
  • San Diego, July 15-17;
  • New Orleans, July 22-24;
  • National Harbor, Md., August 19-21; and,
  • Orlando, Fla., August 26-28.
