Salt Lake City (April 18, 2003) — Piracle Inc., a developer of accounting software to manage MICR check printing and payment-management processes, elevated Jared Kesler to president and chief executive, effective immediately.
He most recently served as chief operating officer.
In his new role, Kesler will be responsible for company policy and strategy. He will continue to oversee company performance, marketing and sales efforts, and financial management.
He succeeds Linda Ford, who remains chairman.
