Top 100 Firm KLR acquired Franklin, Massachusetts-based Pavento, Ratcliffe, Renzi & Co.
Pavento, Ratcliffe, Renzi offers specialized tax and accounting services, with industry focuses on family-owned businesses, health care, hospitality, life sciences and medical devices, manufacturing, not-for-profits, professional services ,real estate, renewable energy, technology, venture capital and private equity.
The deal grows Boston-based KLR's footprint in the state and New England.

KLR, based in Boston, ranked No. 81 on Accounting Today's 2026 Top 100 Firms list. The firm reported $86.7 million in revenue with 52 partners and over 330 employees across five offices.
