KLR adds Restaurant Accounting Solutions

KLR acquired Restaurant Accounting Solutions, strengthening the Top 100 Firm's expertise in the restaurant industry as well as its client accounting services capabilities.

Restaurant Accounting Solutions, based in Yarmouth, Massachusetts, offers specialized bookkeeping, financial reporting, payroll analysis and back-office support to restaurant owners.

"It's an exciting step forward in our mission to provide seamless, high-impact services."

KLR, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, ranked No. 81 on Accounting Today's 2026 Top 100 Firms list. It reported $86.7 million in revenue, with 52 partners and over 330 employees across five offices.

KLR last acquired Sullivan Bille in Andover, Massachusetts, in January 2025. Prior, it merged in Next Exec, an executive search and coaching firm in Salem, Massachusetts, in June. 2020.
