KPMG Partners with ServiceNow for Professional Services Offerings

KPMG has signed a partnership with cloud-based enterprise IT operations automation service provider ServiceNow to deliver professional services offerings designed specifically to help rapidly transform enterprise IT activities.

KPMG will provide implementation support services, process design, process integration, and IT organizational-change consulting for ServiceNow enterprise customers. In addition, ServiceNow is introducing StartNow, which combines traditional project management standards with a more modern, iterative approach focused on accelerating time-to-value.

StartNow  packaged services include best practice workshops; packaged implementations designed to  consolidate legacy systems as additional applications are deployed; technical reviews designed to identify risks early and improve delivery success; and a point-in-time check of implementation health designed to align the project or program to best practices.

“Enterprise IT organizations are struggling with legacy software products and services that are notoriously broken and expensive,” said ServiceNow’s vice president of professional services Jimmy Fitzgerald. “Our customers expect a modern cloud infrastructure backed by enterprise-class professional services to successfully transform IT. As a result, we have been scaling our professional services staff and programs. In addition, we are building our service provider ecosystem with enterprise-class organizations such as KPMG to help us scale and deliver a successful business outcome, quickly.”
