L&H CPAs adds Fish & Davis CPAs and Homer Brown, CPA

L&H CPAs and Advisors has expanded in Dallas with the addition of two more CPA firms, Fish & Davis CPAs and Homer Brown, CPA, effective Jan. 1, 2019.

L&H was founded in 2017 from a merger between three Dallas-area firms: La Verdure & Associates, PC; Henvey CPA, LLC; and Atlas Tax Advisors. The firm’s new team members will provide L&H additional expertise in the areas of accounting, tax planning, CFO services, business consulting, wealth advisory and family office services.

“As our longtime clients become more successful, their lives have become increasingly complex,” said Fish & Davis CPAs founder Bryan Davis in a statement. “As a result, they’ve been seeking more services and advice across a wide variety of financial spectrums. Merging with L&H CPAs and Advisors means we can meet the growing needs of our clients by offering a broader range of services and expertise.”

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The combined firm has three partners, 20 staff members and approximately $3.5 million in annual revenue.

L&H CPAs was co-founded by Accounting Today columnist Kyle Walters. “Clients are consistently asking for more support, resources and services from their most trusted advisor,” stated Walters, who previously founded Dallas-based Atlas Wealth Advisors and is the author of The Personal CFO. “The recent mergers allow us to serve our clients even better than before.”
