LarsonAllen announced that Washington-based Langan Associates PC will join the firm's Public Service Group as of May 1.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Langan will now operate under the LarsonAllen name.

The combination increases the size of LarsonAllen's Public Service Group from 85 to more than 150 professionals. The group will serve a client base of over 2,000 nonprofits across the nation and bring in more than $25 million in annual revenues, making it the firm's second-largest industry specialization.LarsonAllen has a handful of offices located in the upper Midwest and other locations in Philadelphia, St. Louis, southwestern Florida and Charlotte, N.C.
