LBMC acquires Pivotal Bridge’s Intacct practice

Top 100 firm LBMC is acquiring Pivotal Bridge’s Intacct practice in Atlanta, folding it into its LBMC Technology Solutions group.

LBMC Technology Solutions specializes in financial and business management software, network infrastructure, software development, and cloud-based technology. The acquisition of Pivotal Bridge’s Intacct practice will supplement LBMC’s experience with the cloud-based accounting software and expand LBMC Technology Solutions into the Atlanta market. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

LBMC (short for Lattimore Black Morgan & Cain), is based in the Nashville suburb of Brentwood, Tenn. It ranked 45th on Accounting Today’s 2017 list of the Top 100 Firms, with $86.59 million in annual revenue.

“The merger with Pivotal Bridge’s highly experienced Intacct team enables us to serve a larger client base, achieve improved operational efficiency and provide an even wider array of cloud based financial software and services to organizations in the Atlanta market,” said LBMC Technology Solutions president Stacy Schuettler in a statement.

Also on Thursday, LBMC Technology Solutions announced it has created a Client Success Management team, led by DeAnna Brooks, to help clients implement highly technical systems.
