Two mergers for Citrin Cooperman
Details: Citrin Cooperman has combined with Wlodinguer, Erk & Chanzis in New York, and Rose, Dratch & Gilbert in Springfield, N.J. WEC expands Citrin's entertainment, media and sports practice to seven partners and 30 staff; RDG will add two partners and eight staff to Citrin's New Jersey office.

Details: ParenteBeard has merged in Huntingdon Valley-based Pressman Ciocca Smith. Terms of the merger were not disclosed. Going forward, the combined entity will operate under the ParenteBeard name. PCC brings three partners and 20 staff to ParenteBeard.

Lange acquires King CPA practice
Details: Fort Worth-based Lange & Associates PC has acquired the practice of M. Dan King CPA, also of Fort Worth. King and his employees will join Lange on a permanent basis, expanding its staff to 11. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Details: White Plains, N.Y.-based WTP Advisors has acquired Ogden-based Interest and Penalty Advisors LLC, a tax consulting firm that was formerly the consulting arm of Decision Modeling Inc.

Cherry Bekaert merges in McLeod
Details: Cherry, Bekaert & Holland has expanded to Roanoke, Va., by combining with McLeod & Co., adding seven partners and more than 30 professionals serving the southwestern region of the state. McLeod's annual revenue is $8 million; the acquisition is expected to bring CB&H's annual revenue to about $115 million.
