Skoda Minotti merges with Assurance Concepts
Details: Skoda Minotti has merged with the Tampa, Fla.-based national assurance solutions and compliance company Assurance Concepts LLC. The merger has resulted in the formation of a new entity: Assurance Concepts, A Skoda Minotti Advisory Firm. Ben Osbrach, former president of Assurance Concepts, is now a partner at Skoda Minotti and will be based in Skoda Minotti's Tampa office.

CRI expands in the Southeast
Details: Top 100 Firm Carr, Riggs & Ingram has merged with the Atlanta-based firm Laney, Boteler & Killinger. The new addition is the third for Alabama-based CRI this year.
Sikich adds O'Donnell, Bonebrake & Co.
Details: Sikich LLP has agreed to merge with St. Louis-based O'Donnell, Bonebrake & Co. The new addition will take on the Sikich name and will be located in Sikich's St. Louis office. Mark O'Donnell and James Bonebrake will join Sikich as partners.

BKD acquires Malin Bergquist & Co.
Details: Top 100 Firm BKD LLP has acquired the Erie, Pa.-based accounting firm Malin Bergquist & Co. LLP. BKD will gain eight new partners, including Malin Bergquist CEO Jeffrey Deane, who will serve as managing partner of BKD's Pennsylvania offices.
With the new addition of Malin Bergquist, BKD now has 33 offices throughout 15 states, combined annual revenues of more than $425 million and approximately 2,100 professionals, including 250 partners.

RS&F acquires Becker & Co.
Details: Rosen, Sapperstein & Friedlander has acquired the assets of Washington, D.C.-based Becker & Co. The acquisition provides RS&F with a specialization in the print and media industries and a range of clients in various markets.
