Details: King McNamara Moriarty has merged in Baker Corbett & Geary. The firm now employs 45 people in its Norwood and Foxboro, Mass., offices.

Prager Metis bulks up

Details: Prager Metis agreed to merge in Polakoff & Michaelson, a boutique accounting firm based in New York City. Prager Metis also bolstered its offerings in Los Angeles by merging in music- and entertainment-focused firm Bruce Kolbrenner & Co.

Details: Top 100 Firm Schenck SC has agreed to merge in Manitowoc-based Kroening, Stangel, Swetlik & Zinkel. The transaction is expected to close in May.
