Marc Fleischman Named CEO of BeachFleischman

Marc Fleischman has been appointed CEO of BeachFleischman, succeeding Bruce Beach, who has led the firm as CEO since 1990.

Fleischman will guide the Tucson-based firm’s vision and strategy, and will continue to maintain his role leading the firm’s Litigation Support practice. Beach will remain chairman of the board and senior advisor, and will continue to be involved with client service and the development of new client relationships.

Fleischman is a founding member of BeachFleischman PC. Prior to his appointment as CEO, he served as the firm’s president, a role he had since the firm’s founding in 1990.

The transition is part of the firm’s strategic succession plan, which provides the roadmap for BeachFleischman’s leadership continuity at the executive and departmental levels. BeachFleischman ranked 9th on Accounting Today's 2016 Regional Leaders list of the top firms in the Southwest, with $23.65 million in annual revenue.

Marc Fleischman specializes in litigation and has frequently testified in Superior Courts throughout Arizona. He has managed engagements concerning business valuation, litigation support services and damage calculation, taxation issues in domestic relations matters, and general business and financial consulting for small-to-medium-sized businesses. Fleischman has been involved in marital dissolution matters involving business valuation, property identification, and taxation issues and has successfully mediated property settlements.

Fleischman is a CPA accredited in business valuation, certified in financial forensics and a Chartered Global Management Accountant. In addition to being a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Arizona Society of CPAs, he is also a board member for El Grupo Cycling and Sun Corridor Inc., and chair of the Tucson Jewish Community Center’s Audit Committee.
