CPA firm Marcum & Kliegman has expanded into the executive search industry, launching M&K Executive Search.
The firm’s director of human resources, Richard Paris, has been named president of the executive search business. He has over 15 years of experience as an accounting and human resources professional.
Barbara Walters and Brian Lucas were named vice presidents of M&K Executive Search. Before joining the firm, Walters was a senior recruiter for an international search franchise, leading her office in retained searches every year. Lucas spent several years as the managing director of accounting recruiting for another executive search firm.
Marcum & Kliegman offers a variety of services. In addition to accounting, audit and tax services, it provides SEC compliance, information technology consulting, trust and estate planning, financial and investment management, network security, back-office support, litigation support and forensic accounting. It was ranked No. 22 on Accounting Today's 2008 Top 100 Firms list, with net revenues of $123 million.
