Patrick Donoghue has joined the Top 100 Firm Marcum LLP, as partner. He will lead the firm’s Advisory Services Practice in its New York City office.
Prior to Marcum, Donoghue was a senior managing director at FTI Consulting where he lead the transaction advisory and valuation services group.
Donoghue has over 30 years of experience as an advisor to private equity and hedge funds, S&P 500 and middle market companies, leading financial institutions and law firms. His experience includes capital transaction due diligence, business plan and market assessments, financial structuring, credit risk analysis, valuations, merger integration, performance improvement, restructuring, interim management, forensic accounting investigations and litigation support.
“Pat Donoghue has the demonstrated ability to achieve excellent results for complex business situations by assembling, managing and integrating the expertise of various specialists into creative value-added solutions,” Marcum’s Forensics practice national leader James Ashe said in a statement.
Donoghue is a member of the AICPA, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, Chartered Global Management Accounts, and the Association for Corporate Growth. He holds a BBA in Accounting from Iona College.
