Washington (June 30, 2003) -- MediaBay Inc. announced Friday that it had dismissed Deloitte & Touche as its public auditor.
The firms hired New Jersey-based Amper Politziner & Mattia to replace the Big Four firm, according to an 8-K filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The form disclosed no disagreements between the company and Deloitte on accounting principles or practices, and did not provide a reason for the change in auditors.
MediaBay provides spoken word audio content both online and offline.
