New York (Dec. 15, 2003) -- Lazar Levine & Felix, a nine-partner CPA and consulting firm based here, has bolstered its presence in the tri-state area with the merger of Morristown, N.J.-based David Fischer & Co. PA into its fold.
The deal gives the combined entity revenue of $12 million to $13 million, three offices, and a staff of about 100 people, including 12 partners, Anca Munteanu, LL&F director of marketing told WebCPA.
All of David Fischer & Co.’s 25 employees (including three partners) have joined LL&F. Ted Felix remains managing partner of the combined firm, while David Fischer has been given the title of founder.
LL&F’s specialties include accounting, audit, tax, SEC work and litigation support and valuation services. David Fischer & Co. specializes in tax, audit and consulting services, and in the health care and nonprofit industries.
