IMGCAP(1)]Eugene Ma and Kevin Starkey were recently admitted to Macias Gini & O’Connell LLP's partnership.
Ma has worked in MGO’s transportation and transit industry group for the last 12 years. He has a broad range of clients ranging from publicly traded and privately held companies to government entities.
Ma served as a resource and trainer to MGO during its technology implementations. He led training events in audit methodology, stock compensation, financial reporting and revenue recognition.
[IMGCAP(2)]Kevin Starkey has worked in the firm’s public services group for 14 years and specializes in large, complex municipal audits. In 2011, he was promoted to managing director at MGO’s San Diego office.
Both Ma and Starkey are members of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the AICPA.
