Microsoft Dynamics 365, a business and financial solutions offering from the software giant, has released several updates for the spring season.

The company is focusing on software integrations with LinkedIn. Dynamics 365 can now integrate with the social media platform’s Sales Navigator tool, which allows salespeople to reach LinkedIn’s user base of professionals for customer leads.

Microsoft has also released a new product called Dynamics 365 for Talent, an HR tool that integrates with LinkedIn’s Recruiter and Learning solutions. The solution and integration is designed to help with sourcing, recruiting, integrating and retaining employees.

Another new product, Dynamics 365 for Retail, is a customized Dynamics offering for retail companies.

Microsoft also announced plans to bring Dynamics 365 to the United Kingdom in May and Germany in June. These new Dynamics 365 regions adhere to Microsoft’s Trusted Cloud principles, including security, privacy, compliance and transparency, according to a blog post by Scott Guthrie, EVP of the cloud and enterprise group at Microsoft.
