Money Management Site PowerWallet Hits the Market

Free online money management tool PowerWallet has officially hit the market and is designed to help users manage and keep control over their personal finances.

Key PowerWallet features include the ability to: create custom budgets by categorizing transactions; see all of their online bills and financial accounts in once secure place; manage and stay on top of bills with bill pay alerts; obtain coupons customized by geographical location and spending history; organize finances through spending limit alerts; and use a mobile site.

PowerWallet spent the past four months in beta mode and the developers incorporated changes from initial users, which include updates to manual transactions and accounts.

“We’ve already received an enormous amount of positive feedback from new users about the simplicity and accessibility that PowerWallet offers compared to competitors,” said PowerWallet co-founder Bob Sullivan, who noted that PowerWallet is set to launch a new rewards program this fall. “Although the final details are in the works, we can say that users will be able to earn rewards and reduce their living costs by budgeting with PowerWallet and using our PowerCard, a feature that is currently not offered by our competitors.”
