Moore Stephens Frost Buys North Carolina Firm

Little Rock, Ark. - Arkansas accounting giant Moore Stephens Frost has acquired a North Carolina firm, Lynch and Howard.

The accounting firm is the largest one based in Arkansas and operates offices in both Little Rock and Rogers, but its client list stretches across more than 40 states.

The Lynch and Howard acquisition will allow Moore Stephens Frost to expand its business in the Carolinas, where its second largest pool of clients originates. Raleigh-based Lynch and Howard has 28 employees. The firm will keep its name, but will expand to offer the same range of services as Moore Stephens Frost.

Lynch and Howard offers accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services in areas such as real estate, finance, logistics, health care, strategic planning, government operations, and management.
