Mueller Prost launches 'BeSEEN' initiative for female leadership

Top 100 Firm Mueller Prost has announced the launch of "BeSEEN," a firmwide program aimed at boosting female leadership numbers. The program's name derives from the firm's desire to see female staff members "strengthen, educate, empower and network" for professional development and firm advancement.

“Over 60 percent of our firm is female," said Tiffany Karlin, partner at Mueller Prost, in a statement. "We have great representation and want to empower women as they choose our firm for their careers, as well as be a leader for other professional services firms looking to create inclusive initiatives.”

Mueller Prost hopes to accomplish its goal through a myriad of activities, including networking activities, education and mentoring programs. The firm will also offer a book club centered on professional growth, leadership coaching and charitable outreach programs.
