NAEA Installs New President

Gaithersburg, Md. (May 13, 2003) -- Enrolled Agent Kirby L. Robinson of Stockton, Calif., has been installed as the new president of the National Association of Enrolled Agents for 2003-2004. Robinson, who also holds an MBA, was installed as president during NAEA’s recent board meeting in Washington, DC.

Robinson has been a tax preparer since 1981 and an Enrolled Agent since 1985. His practice and expertise included client write-up, payroll and tax services to corporations, partnerships and sole proprietorships. Additionally, he performed tax services for individuals--especially in-home support to the handicapped and elderly. Kirby currently serves as the treasurer of a non-profit education corporation in California, and is also president of the charitable foundation.

Robinson served previously as treasurer of NAEA for 1999-2000 as well as 2001-2002, and has chaired numerous NAEA committees. He also served as past president of the California Society of Enrolled Agents (CSEA) and two-term past president of the Big Valley Chapter of CSEA.
