Organization systems provider Neat Company introduced a new invoicing parsing feature that uses the company’s InDocument Identification technology and accounting application integrations to serve its small business customers.
Neat, fully integrated with QuickBooks Online to streamline workflow, offers invoice parsing to help eliminate manual data entry by extracting key information from invoices. This information includes: vendor, invoice date, invoice due date, invoice number, amount, purchase order number and terms. Invoices can be sent to QuickBooks Online with one click.
The new functionality uses Neat’s InDocument Identification technology, which recognizes scanned documents and extracts the relevant information.
