Net@Work Acquires ADSS's Abila Practice

Net@Work, provider of integrated business technology solutions, announced it has acquired the Abila nonprofit practice of ADSS Global, the information service company with 50 offices worldwide.

All ADSS Abila (formerly Sage MIP) clients will receive immediate support from the Net@Work Abila nonprofit team and have full access to Net@Work’s business technology solutions and IT consulting services including: document and enterprise content management, custom development and integrations, eCommerce and web design, marketing automation and infrastructure-related services.

"Our Abila Nonprofit team looks forward to welcoming and working with ADSS Global's Abila clients and supporting all their operational needs, including fund accounting, HR, payroll, and document management," stated Jeannie Huckstep, Net@Work nonprofit practice director. "Over the last year we have continued to grow the strength of our Abila practice both organically and through key acquisitions, and today's announcement further reinforces our commitment to nonprofits and their mission."

This addition to Net@Work's Abila practice joins the recent acquisitions of nonprofit solution provider Huckstep & Associates and the Abila nonprofit practice of Blytheco.

"Our Abila customers will be well-served by Net@Work's nonprofit practice given their team's deep understanding of their challenges and the breadth of resources they're able to dedicate to them,” stated ADSS Global CEO Robert Campbell. “All of our former Abila clients will receive the attention and support of Net@Work's nonprofit specialists, and gain access to their business technology solutions, while enabling us to focus on our core Sage 300 ERP practice."

"Today's announcement further establishes Net@Work as one of the premier providers of Abila support and dedicated services to nonprofits,” stated Abila CEO Krista Endsley. “ADSS's former Abila clients will immediately benefit from their nonprofit expertise and understanding of their business challenges."
