Business technology solutions provider and Sage partner Net@Work announced the acquisition of consultancy and Sage reseller AXIS Integrated Solutions.

AXIS provides businesses in St. Louis, Tulsa and Kansas City with Sage 300 and CRM solutions and consulting, sales, implementation, warehouse and manufacturing expertise.

Founder and CEO Kelly Hummel, a Sage partner and consultant, will be Net@Work’s Sage 300 practice director, leading a team that includes sales team leader Jon Santoro and consulting manager Sonia Gray, and continuing to operate from their main office in St. Louis.

While the acquisition will expand Net@Work’s Sage 300 practice, AXIS clients will now have access to Net@Work’s Sage team and solutions including Sage ERP, CRM and HRMS, as well as their full range of business technology offerings. The transaction, announced during the 2015 Sage Summit, is an example of the “graceful exits” enabled in Net@Work’s Partner Alliance Program, which was introduced at the 2013 Summit.

"I've known Kelly for many years, having served with her on Sage's Business Partner Advisory Council, and have long admired her leadership and the depth and breadth of her Sage 300 expertise," stated Alex Solomon, Net@Work's co-president. "Kelly is truly one of the most influential people in the Sage ecosystem and is the final piece in our Sage 300 'dream team.' This gives us an unmatched ability to implement complete business solutions and position our customers--as well as our partners--to succeed in today's ever-changing business landscape."

A member of Accounting Today’s VAR 100, AXIS was also a member of the Sage Chairman’s Club, Sage President's Circle, and an Accounting Technology Pacesetter.

"I've watched Eddie and Alex grow their firm successfully and gracefully, always advocating for their customers and partners, both big and small," stated Hummel. “I've always appreciated their best practice approach and implementation methodologies, as they're very much in sync with ours. We're all very excited to be part of the Net@Work team and look forward to making this the strongest Sage 300 practice in the industry."

In addition to Sage, Net@Work provides NetSuite, Abila, and Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365 extended solutions.
