Business technology solutions provider and Sage partner Net@Work announced the acquisition of consultancy and Sage reseller AXIS Integrated Solutions.
AXIS provides businesses in St. Louis, Tulsa and Kansas City with Sage 300 and CRM solutions and consulting, sales, implementation, warehouse and manufacturing expertise.
Founder and CEO Kelly Hummel, a Sage partner and consultant, will be Net@Work’s Sage 300 practice director, leading a team that includes sales team leader Jon Santoro and consulting manager Sonia Gray, and continuing to operate from their main office in St. Louis.
While the acquisition will expand Net@Work’s Sage 300 practice, AXIS clients will now have access to Net@Work’s Sage team and solutions including Sage ERP, CRM and HRMS, as well as their full range of business technology offerings. The transaction, announced during the 2015 Sage Summit, is an example of the “graceful exits” enabled in Net@Work’s Partner Alliance Program, which was introduced at the 2013 Summit.
