Net@Work Acquires CLA's Peoria Sage Practice

Business technology solutions provider Net@Work has acquired the Peoria, Ill.-based Sage practice of CliftonLarsonAllen, the professional services firm providing integrated wealth advisory, outsourcing and public accounting capabilities.

With the acquisition, CLA’s Sage clients will now work with Net@Work’s Sage team, supporting Sage 100, Sage HRMS and Sage BusinessWorks and providing CRM, document management, web development, ecommerce, marketing automation and cloud services. CLA's Oak Brook, Ill.-based Sage group was not part of the acquisition.

The transaction expands the relationship CLA, No. 25 on Accounting Today’s 2015 VAR 100, had with Net@Work, No. 9, as a member of its Partner Alliance Program. Net@Work will be a strategic technology partner, providing CLA’s offices with access to Net@Work’s team and IT solutions portfolio. CLA’s former Sage support contact has joined Net@Work as senior business consultant and 300 Sage 100, HRMS and BusinessWorks clients have been transitioned to Net@Work.

“CliftonLarsonAllen has long been recognized as one of the nation’s premier professional services firm, valued by clients across the country for the quality of their advice and breadth of support,” stated Alex Solomon, Net@Work’s co-president. “Our relationship has evolved considerably since they became an Alliance Partner, which today takes a major step forward, underscoring the trust CLA has in our ability to provide a similarly high level of expertise for their clients. As we at Net@Work enter our 20th year, we’re pleased to be viewed by industry leaders such as CLA as a nationally established technology provider and valued peer. We look forward to further expanding our relationship with CLA, providing their offices with strategic technical support to help their clients grow their business.”

"From the moment we became an Alliance Partner, Net@Work lived up to their well-deserved reputation for responsive and reliable customer-centric support”, stated Mickey Scheffki,   CliftonLarsonAllen outsourcing/technology principal. “This is the next logical step in our relationship, as it enables CLA offices across the country to address the growing IT needs of our clients. We’re happy to have found a strategic partner who is committed to working together to advance our clients’ success.”
