Productivity software provider RedPrairie plans to offer pre-integrated application modules on software developer NetSuites cloud computing platform.
RedPrairie will deliver a warehouse management solution and supply chain cloud solution built on the NetSuite SuiteCould platform that is expected to be leveraged across RedPrairies key inventory, transportation and workforce modules.
Our integration to NetSuite provides best-of-breed supply chain and store operations capabilities to mid-tier companies that have not been able to justify it through traditional deployment models, said Jim Hoefflin, executive vice president of products and marketing at RedPrairie, in a statement.
Integration components will be provided across several RedPrairie solutions that it provides to manufacturers, distributors and retailers.
NetSuites SuiteCloud integration allows large manufacturers and retailers the opportunity to connect to their extended supply chain network in a cost-effective manner, said Tom Kozenski, vice president for product strategy at RedPrairie, in a statement. Third-party logistics companies can also leverage our pre-integrated components to more effectively service their customer base.
RedSuite has been delivering its solutions via hosted and Software-as-a-Service models for several years and the integration is an extension of its services. We felt pre-integrated application modules on NetSuites SuiteCloud would provide further value for our customers, said Hoefflin.
