New lists name top tax pros, cloud acct’g experts

ClientWhys has released its fourth annual TaxBuzz list of top tax professionals and its first CountingWorks list of top cloud accounting experts.

The TaxBuzz list includes 100 highly rated independent tax pros nationwide, while the inaugural CountingWorks list showcases 50 accounting providers who operate outstanding cloud-based practices.

Inclusion in the lists was based on several criteria, including the number and quality of five-star reviews received on ClientWhys’ online directories during the 2018 calendar year. (A 2018 survey by BrightLocal showed that 86 percent of consumers used online reviews for local businesses and 78 percent trusted online reviews as much as personal recommendations.)
