New River Innovation has enhanced its Beyond415 WorkCenter and Beyond415 Guidance products, including a simplified user interface, interactive file system, automatically saved documents, and guidance on the core phases of tax practice and procedure work.
Other enhancements to Beyond415 WorkCenter include easy management of client work, notes, reminders and status tracking; the ability to create individual client file folder structures; the ability to download and edit prefilled Beyond415 template documents in Microsoft Office programs; and a notifications dashboard that displays various system messages, client reminders and others.
Core enhancements to Beyond415 Guidance include the ability to add your own issue guidance, characteristics, add template documents, reference materials and links related to the issue; work plans that break down every individual, business and payroll IRS issue as well as instructions and tips on exactly how to address the issue; and the addition of E-Services Solutions, which help users implement and maximize e-Services to address client issues.
